Two generations. One mission: make it better.
MSP was founded in 1943 by machinists who believed in doing the job right—and doing it for the long haul.
We got our start in avionics and defense work, manufacturing parts that ended up on nearly every major aircraft still flying today. That includes programs for Boeing, Curtiss-Wright, Bell Helicopter, Gulfstream, Honeywell, and more.
As the industry changed, we grew with it—passing from father to son, sharpening our capabilities, and staying focused on precision.
In 2020, Johnny Goode stepped in as President. He didn’t come from a corporate track. His background in SWAT, law enforcement, and the Army National Guard shaped how he leads: with discipline, clarity, and follow-through.
